MONSTER OF FRANKENSTEIN "Monster's Mate"

No, she's not a "Bride of Frankenstein"...
...in that she was constructed, like the Monster.
Instead, she was deconstructed in an accident!
Oddly, this story from Prize's Monster of Frankenstein V4#1 aka #23 (1953) is clearly specified as taking place in Europe!
Yet the Monster was shown traveling across the Atlantic (HERE), and has had numerous exploits in clearly-identified Mexican and US settings (HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE)!
It's not an earlier story that was held, for whatever reason, until this issue, as the art and story clearly reflect the looser new direction followed since "Tomb of the Living Dead" (#V3#4 aka #20)!
So, how did he get back to Europe?
